DIGITAL PRODUCT SHIPPING-
Our Digital Products once purchased you will receive your digital Download/ Access link instantly. Download will be sent to the email address used to purchase.Please insure your email address is correct when placing an order. If you do not receive your download within 1 hour or have misspelled your email please contact us at info@wifemotherdiva.com and new download links will be sent No Physical product will be shipped out as the Digital mockups of the Books are just for marketing purposes. All books are for educational purposes only and should not be mistaken for any legal or financial advise.
GROUP COACHING
The DIVA SOCIETY is our monthly group coaching program is which automatic reoccurring payments of $25 will take place until Canceled. By signing up you are committing to at least 6 months inside our program. If for any reason you decide to cancel please notify us first by email info@wifemotherdiva.com. No refunds will be given including for not showing up. If canceled before your next automatic payment you will not be billed for that upcoming month IF you cancel after your automatic payment your subscription will end the 30th- 31st of the month
PRIVATE COACHING
NO refunds will be given for Private coaching Sessions. You may reschedule your session 1 time 48 hrs prior to your scheduled. NO SHOWS will receive no refunds or makeup sessions. You choose the time and day of your session on our available days. We will always show up for you be sure to show up for you too.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our Digital Products there will be NO refunds. Items will be sent out instantly and you have access to the products indefinitely. Private Coaching from mini sessions to discovery calls receive 0% refund and no cancellations once booked . You may reschedule 48-24hr prior to your session.
3-hr ,6-hr and 3 month Private coaching has a 50% non refundable deposit . 0% refund will be given if sessions are canceled within 24hrs of session
